The room
A seminar room that doesn’t feel like a boardroom.
Most meeting room rental in Singapore puts you in a grey box with a whiteboard. This one is a studio: warm light, a proper screen and a sound system people can actually hear at the back. It works as a training room for a workshop, a meeting room for a client session, or a seminar room for a talk — and the same room runs private screenings, recitals, product launches and shoots at the weekend.

What it costs
How much does it cost to rent a seminar room in Singapore?
Our seminar room at Life At Snow is $180/hr off-peak and $270/hr at peak, or $90/hr on your first booking. A half-day training session (4 hours, off-peak) comes to $720; a full day (8 hours) is $1,440. That covers the whole venue, about 1,000 sq ft and fully private, seating 30 to 50 for a talk, with the ViewSonic projector, 96-inch screen, HDMI cable, clicker, Wi-Fi and a microphone, at The Adelphi, two minutes from City Hall MRT. RCF theatre sound can be added (ask us for the price). For a full event with theatre sound and a reception, the corporate packages start at $1,800 for 3 hours.

Per hour. Off-peak is Monday to Friday, 6am to 6pm, and needs 48 hours' notice; peak is weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays. Want theatre sound for a bigger crowd, or a reception afterwards? The corporate event packages include them, from $1,800 for 3 hours. Questions we get asked.
What is the screen and projector setup?
A ViewSonic projector onto a 96-inch screen, on the Music Studio side of the venue. The JBL Bluetooth speaker comes with the room, and RCF theatre sound can be added: ask us for the price.
Can I present from my own laptop?
Yes. There’s an HDMI cable, a clicker and Wi-Fi, and a microphone for the speaker. We don’t provide streaming accounts, so bring your own logins for anything you’re playing.
How many people can it seat?
For a talk or a meeting, 30 to 50 on chairs, and there are 8 tables (more if you ask ahead). For a class or a party on your feet, 10 to 30. Tell us your headcount and layout and we’ll set it up before you arrive.
Can we use it as a training room for a full-day workshop?
Yes. You book it by the hour, and half-day is four hours, full day eight. Tell us the layout you want and we’ll set the chairs and tables before you arrive. NUS has held a talk here.
Can we eat and drink during a screening?
Light refreshments and drinks are welcome. Keep the room clean, clear your trash before your session ends, and let us know in advance if you are bringing food.

1 Coleman Street, The Adelphi #02-47, Singapore 179803 — Level 2, right next to the Kuchen shop. Nearest MRT is City Hall, about two minutes through the Funan underpass.
What are your opening hours? Can I walk in?
We are open 24 hours, but every visit is by appointment. Please have a confirmed booking before you head down — we do not take walk-ins.
How do I confirm a booking?
Pick your slot, agree to the terms, then pay by PayNow to UEN 200815143E and send us the payment screenshot. Your slot is held once payment is confirmed.
What is the cancellation policy?
All bookings are final — non-refundable and non-transferable, with no date changes. Please book only when you are sure.
