What it costs
How much is event space rental in Singapore?
Hiring the whole venue at Life At Snow, both studios opened into one at about 1,000 sq ft, costs $180/hr on weekdays before 6pm and $270/hr on evenings, weekends and public holidays. Your first booking is $90/hr. A 4-hour weekday event comes to $720; the same on a Saturday is $1,080. It’s at The Adelphi by City Hall MRT, nobody else is in the venue, and the grand piano (+$30/hr) and theatre sound (ask us) are add-ons.

Trial is your first booking only. Member is invite-only. Off-peak is Monday to Friday, 6am–6pm; peak is evenings, weekends and public holidays. Extensions run in 60-minute blocks.
By the hour, or an event package?
The hourly rate is the room. If you’re hosting, a package can be simpler, because it bundles what that kind of event needs:
- Birthday parties: from $1,800 for 3 hours, up to 30 guests, sound, mics and lighting included
- Recitals and concerts: from $560, with the grand piano and 50 chairs
- Corporate events and seminars: from $1,800 for 3 hours, projector and screen included
How many people fit?
It depends on the layout. The recital setup seats 50 with room for 100 in the audience, and a choir of up to 80 can rehearse here on per-head rates. For a party or a class, tell us your headcount and we’ll confirm.

Where is the studio located?
We are at 1 Coleman Street, The Adelphi Mall #02-47, Singapore 179803 (nearest MRT: City Hall). Find us on Level 2, right next to the Kuchen Shop.
What are your operating hours? Can I walk in?
We are open 24/7 for your convenience — but all visits are strictly by appointment only. Please have a confirmed booking before you head down.
Will someone be there when we arrive?
It depends on the time. Someone from the team meets you at the door, or we send you the door code before you come. From November, someone will be there to receive every booking.
What are your booking rates?
Four tiers. Trial ($90/hr) is for first-time bookings only — check our socials for how to keep enjoying it. Member ($135/hr) is invite-only, for regulars who are happy to be featured on our socials. Off-Peak ($180/hr) is Mon–Fri 6am–6pm. Peak ($270/hr) is Mon–Fri 6pm–6am, plus Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (full-day).
How many people fit?
On your feet, for a class, a rehearsal or a party, 10 to 30. Seated for a talk or a meeting, 30 to 50, with 8 tables (more if you ask ahead). For a recital, we have up to 100 chairs. Tell us your setup and headcount and we’ll confirm.
Is the grand piano included?
It’s an add-on, +$30/hr on top of the room rate. Theatre sound can be added too; ask us for the price. Add them when you book.
Can I eat or drink inside the studio?
Light refreshments are welcome for most bookings — keep the room clean, clear your trash before your session ends, and let us know in advance.
How do booking extensions work?
Extensions are available in 60-minute blocks, subject to availability.
