Collab — one event
Ad hoc or one-time. We keep collabs for companies, schools and organisations; individuals are considered case by case. One Creative Partner is selected each month.

Each month, Snow selects one Creative Partner whose event fits our vision — creativity, arts, dance, music, education, wellness and community. This is not a discounted venue rental; it’s a collaboration where both sides contribute value and grow together.

Revenue partnership
We expect both parties to earn — the split follows what your event generates.
Events generating below S$3,000
An equal share for community-scale events.
Events generating above S$3,000
Larger productions lean more on the venue, team and equipment.
If your team has multiple members, the organiser divides their own share — Snow distributes payment only to the appointed organiser. Collaboration pricing is offered once both parties agree on the partnership.
How collaboration works
Collaboration formats
Your team organises and hosts the event independently. Snow provides the venue and agreed collaboration support.
You collaborate with Snow and other Snow Creative Partners — artists, musicians, dance groups, community partners, sponsors, exhibitors and creative businesses.
You’re happy for Snow to include performances or showcase opportunities — dance, live music, student showcases, vocal or community performances. All additions are discussed before confirmation.
You’re interested in future collaborations beyond this event. Successful partners may get priority access to future opportunities and special projects.
What Snow provides
What we ask of partners
Within seven days after the event: event review · feedback from both parties · media sharing (where applicable) · revenue reconciliation (if applicable) · appreciation letter to snow dance studio · discussion on future collaboration opportunities.

Vogue Wellness Day · 6 June 2026 · 9AM – 7PM
Vogue Wellness Day is a one-day experience bringing together conversations, movement, masterclasses and recovery treatments for an immersive day of wellbeing at METT Singapore.
To close out the day, our instructors took over as the sun set for an evening of Latin social dancing, vibrant rhythms and feel-good movement — the joy of Latin music through a lively, casual session.
The fine print, plainly
Snow reserves the right to accept or decline any application, select only one collaboration partner per month, recommend changes that improve the event, refuse or stop activities that risk the venue, equipment, reputation, community or safety, cancel or postpone events due to emergencies or circumstances beyond our control, and use approved event photos and videos for promotion.
As part of the collaboration, Snow may photograph and record performances, the audience, the venue, behind-the-scenes, interviews and group photos. These may be used on the Snow website, social media, promotional materials, future marketing, our portfolio and the event gallery. You’re welcome to take your own photos and videos — the official Snow album is shared with a Snow watermark.
If an organiser provides inaccurate information, changes the event significantly without approval, conducts undeclared commercial activities, misuses the venue, exceeds the approved audience capacity or breaches the agreed terms, Snow may cancel the collaboration, convert the booking to the prevailing standard venue rental rate, invoice outstanding venue charges, seek compensation for damages, and decline future applications.
Every collaboration is reviewed individually. Future invitations are based on professionalism, communication, event quality, audience experience, respect for the venue, contribution to the Snow community, reliability and the overall partnership experience.
Eligibility checklist
As we accept only one collaboration partner each month, this checklist helps us understand whether your event is a suitable fit. It takes a few minutes — most answers are a tap.
