The Party Studio is 23 × 23 ft and fits up to 8 people. The Music Studio is fully private with natural daylight, and the Grand Studio opens both rooms for up to 30.

Per hour. Trial is your first booking with us. Off-peak is Mon–Fri, 6am–6pm. Peak is weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays. Off-peak bookings need 48 hours’ notice.

City Hall MRT, Exit B. Walk through the Funan underpass to The Adelphi, take the escalator to Level 2 and turn left. We’re next to the Kuchen shop.

Parking is in The Adelphi basement, entrance on North Bridge Road. Drop-off is on Coleman Street.

Before you book

Can I run my own class here?

Yes. Instructors are welcome to book the room for their own classes, private sessions and workshops.

Are there yoga mats?

Yes, 10 of them for your class to use. For a bigger class, ask your students to bring their own.

What does it cost per student?

A $60 off-peak hour in the Party Studio is $7.50/pax for a class of 8. The form shows the share as you fill it in.

Is there a rate for regulars?

Regulars who don’t mind being tagged on @lifeatsnow can be invited to the member rate, $45/hr.

Is the Party Studio private?

It’s yours for the booking, but it’s also the way into the Music Studio, so now and then someone may walk through. If you need nobody passing at all, pick the Music Studio or the Grand Studio.

Can I walk in?

No. We’re open 24 hours, but every visit is by appointment, so please have a confirmed booking before you head down.

Can I cancel or change the date?

Bookings are final once paid: non-refundable, non-transferable, no date changes. That’s why we confirm everything on WhatsApp before you pay.

How fast do you reply?

We reply within 48 hours, and Monday and Thursday are our admin off-days. If your date is close, send the form and then tap WhatsApp as well.

Will someone be there when we arrive?

It depends on the time. Someone from the team meets you at the door, or we send you the door code before you come. From November, someone will be there to receive every booking.
