Can beginners join?
Yes. Every Open Level programme welcomes complete beginners — start with a trial and we’ll point you to the right class.
Which class should I choose?
Message us with your goals and any experience and we’ll recommend one. Most people start with a trial, then settle into a weekly class or package.
Can I switch classes?
Once your monthly schedule is confirmed, dates and times can’t be changed. Package sessions do convert between class lengths — a 1.25-hour student attending a 2-hour class uses 2 sessions, and vice versa.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes — selected trials are buy-one-get-one (the free slot is for a friend), and several packages include bring-a-friend privileges.
Do I need to register?
There’s a one-time $50 registration fee. Sign up for a package on your trial day and we waive half — you pay $25 — plus a free gift.
How do memberships work?
Membership is invite-only. A minimum $1,000 top-up unlocks member rates across the studio, plus member nights and priority booking. See the Membership page.
What if I miss a class?
No-shows and missed classes count as used sessions. One cancellation a month is allowed with valid medical proof, submitted within a week.
Can I get a refund?
All payments, registration fees, packages and event fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated in writing by the studio.
How do I become an Ambassador?
By invitation or recommendation. Ambassadors get 50% off, VIP event invites and 10% commission on revenue they bring in. See the Membership page.
How do I join Snow Community?
Just message us — most community sessions are free and community-supported, and everyone is welcome. See the Community page.

General terms & studio policy.
By registering, making payment, booking a class, attending any activity, using our facilities, or participating in any programme organised by Waterfall Imports Pte Ltd (UEN 200815143E) or any of its brands and trade names, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Acceptance of studio terms
Participation in any Snow Dance Studio service, whether conducted at the studio, online, outdoors, or at external venues, requires acceptance of the latest Snow Dance Studio Terms & Policies. These may be signed digitally or in printed form before participation.
Payments
All payments, registration fees, deposits, memberships, packages, event fees, and programme fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by Snow Dance Studio.
Policy updates
Snow Dance Studio reserves the right to update, amend, add, or remove any terms, policies, programmes, pricing, schedules, benefits, promotions, or operating procedures at any time without prior notice. The latest published version on our official website or official communication channels shall apply.
Participation
The studio reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate participation in any class, programme, event, membership, or activity if a participant fails to comply with studio policies or behaves in a manner that affects the safety, wellbeing, or experience of others.
