Careers · Build your future with Snow

How would you like to contribute?

At Snow we care more about who you are, what excites you, and how you'd like to grow than about a perfect CV. Teach, perform, create, host, or help run the place — for cash, revenue share, or in exchange for studio time. Tell us a little about yourself and we'll guide you from there.

— What makes Snow different

You're not limited to a single role.

Not sure where you fit? Many of our instructors, event hosts, content creators, ambassadors and community members started with no experience. If you're new to dance, events, teaching or content creation, we'll help you discover where your strengths shine.

  • A dance teacher can host events.
  • A photographer can become a content creator.
  • A student can become an ambassador.
  • A venue assistant can grow into a studio manager.

We reward initiative, creativity and contribution.

— Growth path at Snow

Many paths, not one ladder.

Your progression is determined by:

  • Revenue contribution
  • Initiative
  • Leadership
  • Reliability
  • Community impact
  • Ability to create value
  • Creativity

— not simply years of experience. Some people grow through teaching; others through events, operations, media, partnerships, sales or community building. There's no single path to success.

How contribution is rewarded

Five levels, one journey.

Your level reflects the value you bring to the studio — not previous experience, certificates, or verbal commitments. Salary bands per month (SGD).

How hiring works

Our growth journey.

Every long-term member starts with a trial — it lets both you and Snow check the environment, expectations and opportunities are the right fit.

Studio Discovery

Minimum 1 week

Spend time at the studio first — attend classes, events and social gatherings, volunteer, or shadow a few activities. Get a feel for our culture and expectations before committing.

Trial Period

Month 1–2

Selected candidates begin an official trial. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn our systems, meet the team, and show your reliability, attitude and initiative.

Extended Trial or Progression

Month 3–4

We review performance, contribution and fit. From here you might progress to the next level, keep developing, be offered a different opportunity, or conclude the trial.

Long-Term Growth

Ongoing

Successful candidates are offered a longer-term role with more responsibility, benefits and room to grow.

Progression isn't based on time served. Advancement reflects overall contribution, attitude, initiative, reliability and the needs of the studio, at the studio's discretion. Given the volume of applicants and our holistic review, detailed feedback may not always be possible. We're not looking for perfect resumes — we're looking for the right attitude, a growth mindset, and a willingness to contribute.

Good to know

Hiring, answered.

What experience do I need to join as a teacher?

We value attitude, passion, and willingness to learn above all. Your level here depends on your contribution and growth, not just prior experience or certificates.

How is my compensation determined?

Compensation progresses through the phases — starting with commission or trial terms, moving to a base salary, and growing as you take on more responsibility and create more value. Exceptions are made for talented individuals ready to take the lead.

Can I use the studio space for my personal rehearsals?

Yes — off-peak hours are available; peak hours are subject to availability. Just send a rough schedule and let us know if you're inviting friends. Administrative fees may apply.

Will I get support to promote my classes?

Yes. We create social-media profiles to promote your classes and special workshops, and we help with video shoots and marketing.

What roles are open?

Studio Manager (daily operations and schedules) · Dance & Music Teachers (teach and inspire students) · Social Media Content Creator (capture and promote studio moments) · Event Planner (organise and host events) · Musicians and Performers (perform and collaborate). If you have skills in any of these, send us a message.

How does the hiring process work?

Four phases. Phase 0 — Studio Discovery (about a week getting to know us). Phase 1 — Trial Period (months 1–2, hands-on experience). Phase 2 — Extended Trial or Progression (months 3–4, we review fit). Phase 3 — Long-Term Growth (a longer-term role with more responsibility).

What do the studio visits involve?

First visit — an introduction meeting for us to get to know you (an invite isn’t a shortlisting or a job offer). Second visit — for shortlisted candidates; if there’s interest you may be invited to a 1-week Discovery Period. No employment agreement is signed at this stage, you sign our Terms & Conditions to access the studio, and it doesn’t guarantee a role. Discovery extension — completing the week may lead to a 1-month Discovery Period under a limited agreement. Third visit — a final review after the Discovery Period (1 week + 1 month): we may discuss a longer-term, project-based or part-time collaboration, or decide not to proceed.

What about long-term growth?

We look for one- to five-year team members and beyond. The path: a supportive environment, room to grow across dance, music, media and events, a flexible work culture, and a place in an international creative scene. We help our team grow into leadership.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application carefully. Applicants who aren’t selected receive a simple note — "Your application is unsuccessful." We don’t give explanations, feedback, comparisons or discussions on rejection decisions. If you’d want detailed feedback or to challenge hiring decisions, this may not be the right environment for you.

Can I choose my workdays and schedule?

Most roles let you choose your schedule based on studio needs and availability. Certain events, classes or management roles may require fixed commitments. The studio has the final say; we plan around your dedication.

What if I am not successful in my role?

If you don't quite hit your goals, no worries — keep going through the phases until you're ready for a longer commitment. Continue training, explore an alternative role, or gain experience and reapply later. We value growth over perfection.

What are the contract terms?

Performance-based, with clear progression phases and salary adjustments for successful candidates. Progression is not based solely on time served — it reflects overall contribution, attitude, initiative, reliability and the needs of the studio. More detail is shared during onboarding.

What is the minimum working-hours requirement?

Part-time roles (teaching, social media, performing) usually run 4–8 hours a week, often weekends or specific days. Full-time and growth-track roles run 3–6 days a week depending on the role. Schedules are flexible — those on the long-term track tend to spend more time at the studio.

Can I join multiple roles?

Yes — at Snow you're not limited to a single role. Some of the team teach, create content, and assist with events all at the same time.

How is base salary calculated?

Your income grows as you help bring in students and generate revenue through your classes and activities. Hit monthly or yearly revenue targets and earnings rise accordingly. Promote your classes, sign up new students, organise events — the more value you create, the more you earn.

Are bonuses or rewards available?

Yes. We offer bonuses and rewards to recognise hard work. Hit your monthly or yearly goals and you become eligible for extra incentives.

Do I need experience? Open to international applicants? Can I visit first?

Not necessarily — if you're eager to learn, we provide guidance. International applicants are welcome. And yes, come visit the studio before applying — we'd rather you see the space and meet the team first.
