Choose your level
Your level is determined by your threshold revenue contribution to the studio, not by previous experience, education certificates or verbal commitments. Salary bands per month (SGD).

How hiring works
We believe in growth, so our hiring process develops your skills while you secure a stable future with the studio. Candidates complete all three phases.
During this phase, you earn a 10% commission as you gain experience and learn the studio culture. Lasts about one month.
Progress to a base salary as you continue to develop, following studio instructions. Lasts the second and third month.
Base salary plus allowance, and the ability to make your own decisions. The fourth, fifth and sixth month.
After an initial six months, the studio selects the most outstanding individuals — in performance and character — for a 12-month contract. Trial Phase lasts six months minimum; contracts last 12 months minimum.

We value attitude, passion, and willingness to learn above all. Your level here depends on your contribution and growth, not just prior experience or certificates.
Compensation progresses through three phases — starting with commission, moving to a base salary, and finally a base salary plus allowance as you take on leadership roles. Exceptions are made for talented individuals ready to take the lead.
Yes — most roles let you choose your schedule based on studio needs and your availability. Certain events, classes or management roles may require fixed commitments. The studio has the final say on scheduling; we plan around your dedication.
If you don't quite hit your goals, no worries — you can keep going through the phases until you're ready to stick with the studio for a solid 12 months. You can continue training, explore an alternative role, or gain experience and reapply later. We value growth over perfection.
