Create something with Snow.

Bring us an idea.

For brands, creators, artists, schools, communities, travel partners and organisations. A collaboration with Snow takes many shapes — a one-time project, a content collab, a recurring programme, a community exchange, a trip, or a long-term partnership. Tell us your idea, what you can bring, and what you would want from us.

Not sure which collaboration is right for you?

Have a brand, content, community or partnership idea?

You're on the right page

Your proposal

Tell us what you have in mind.

Only the last section is compulsory — a name, an email and a line about the idea will do. Everything else helps us come back with something useful instead of "sounds interesting, let's chat". Admin is off Monday and Thursday; allow up to 48 hours.

Not ready yet? Everything about collaborating with us — what a collab looks like, the spaces, what each side brings and the questions we get asked — is right below.

What can you bring to Snow?

Only tick what you are genuinely comfortable with. It helps us recognise partners properly — and it tells us where the value is on your side.

Anything else you could offer or contribute? Products, services, talent, reach, production support, travel, introductions — one per box.

Beyond the collaboration itself

Snow runs a community — classes, socials, jam nights, picnics. Some partnerships end up living there rather than in a campaign.

Snow Social Club — visitors, both ways

If your people come to Singapore, we can be their local connection — dinner, a class, a walk round the city, or somewhere to spend an evening. We hope it can work the other way too. What that means.

We review collaboration proposals on mutual value, suitability, timing and whether there is something meaningful to build together. Sending this form does not guarantee a collaboration or any commitment from Life At Snow. If we see a fit, we will contact you to discuss the next step.

What a collaboration can look like

Six shapes, and none of them are fixed.

Most partnerships start as one of these and turn into another. Pick the closest one in the form — we will work out the real shape together.

Content collaboration

A reel, a challenge, a shoot, a series. You bring the concept or the audience, we bring dancers and the space.

A one-time project or event

A launch, a workshop, a showcase, a pop-up. One date, one idea, done well.

Something recurring

Monthly, quarterly, seasonal. A programme that comes back rather than a one-off.

Collaboration by visit or trip

You are not in Singapore. We work around your travel, or around a group coming here.

Community exchange

Your people meet our people — joint sessions, cross-promotion, shared experiences.

A long-term partnership

Start small, see how it goes, and build it out if it works for both sides.

The place you would be working with

Dance, music and film under one roof.

One venue in City Hall running classes, rehearsals, shoots, screenings and events — usually several of them in the same week.

  • A dance class mid-session in the party studio

    Classes & choreography

  • A K-Pop dance cover being filmed at the studio

    Dance covers & filming

  • The Yamaha GB1K grand piano in the music studio

    Music & performance

  • A celebration hosted in the grand studio

    Events & celebrations

  • A community music jamming night

Spaces & facilities

What you would actually be using.

Tick whichever could be useful in the form below — or tick nothing and say you would rather talk it through.

The party studio dance floor with mirrors and LED lighting

Spacious Dance Floor

Semi-sprung floor, full-wall mirrors and sound. For classes, choreography, rehearsals, filming and anything that moves.

The music studio with the Yamaha GB1K grand piano

Grand Piano Suite

A private room built around our Yamaha GB1K and RCF theatre sound. Music, recording, rehearsal and creative projects.

The private cinema with projector, screen and bean bags

Private Cinema Experience

Projector, 96-inch screen and theatre sound. Screenings, premieres, presentations and community nights.

The grand studio laid out for an event

Event & Gathering Venue

The flexible one — workshops, launches, networking, celebrations and private gatherings, seated or standing.

Both studios opened up and dressed for a large event

Transform the whole venue

Both studios opened into about 1,000 sq ft for larger productions, group activities or a shoot that needs the run of the place.

Not sure which you need? That is a normal answer at this stage — say so in the form and we will work it out on the call.

What Snow brings

Our side of it.

  • A 1,000 sq ft creative venue in City Hall, two minutes from the MRT
  • Dancers, teachers and performers who can take part
  • A Singapore audience — students, members and our community
  • Filming and photography space, with equipment on hand
  • Promotion on our socials and a feature on this website
  • Event planning and on-the-day support
  • 24-hour access by appointment, so timing rarely blocks anything

What partners usually bring

Yours.

Recognition
Your logo on our site and collaboration page, a tag when you post, an appreciation letter afterwards, permission for us to share photos and video.
Products, services & experiences
Something your business already does well — a product, a service, a complimentary experience.
Talent & content
Instructors, performers, creators, photographers — people who can make something with us.
Reach & exposure
Your audience, cross-border reach, social exposure, or simply introducing your community to ours.
Support & logistics
Production, marketing, sponsorship, travel or accommodation, event tickets.
Networking & knowledge
Industry contacts, information exchange, introductions worth making.

None of it is compulsory. A collaboration only works if both sides think they are getting something worth the effort.

Snow Social Club · Singapore

Coming to Singapore? Let Snow be your local connection.

Your members, guests, clients or community are welcome to connect with us when they visit. We can help them see Singapore past the usual tourist itinerary — meeting local people, finding neighbourhoods, and getting at the food, music, dance and creative side of the city.

Depending on availability, we can help with —

Dinner & drinks

Join us for dinner, drinks or a casual evening with the Snow community.

Live music & social nights

Local music, community gatherings and relaxed evening experiences.

City walks

Explore Singapore with someone who knows the city.

Café hopping

Interesting cafés, neighbourhoods and places to hang out.

Dance experiences

Join a Snow dance class, or try K-Pop, TikTok and our other programmes.

Studio time

Relax at Snow, play the piano, practise, meet people or just spend time in the space.

Local recommendations

Where to eat, visit, shop or spend an evening, based on what they are into.

How it works, step by step
  1. Your member visits Singapore

They contact us and mention which partner referred them.

  2. We understand what they are looking for

Meeting people, exploring the city, dinner, dance, places to visit, or simply somewhere to relax.

  3. We connect them with Snow

If our team is available, we may personally host or join them for an experience.

  4. If we are busy

We still send useful local recommendations to make their stay better.

And we would like it to work both ways.

If Snow members, guests or our community travel to your country, we would love our partners to offer the same kind of local connection — an introduction to your community, places worth visiting, a social experience, or simply seeing the place through local eyes.

It does not have to be a formal tour or a concierge service. It is trusted communities helping each other's people feel more connected when they travel.

Your community in Singapore → Snow welcomes them. Snow community in your country → you welcome them.

What happens next

From your idea to a first date in the diary.

You send the proposal

The form below. Twenty minutes at most, and half of it is optional.

We read it properly

We look at mutual value, whether it suits the studio, timing, and whether there is something real to build.

A call or a visit

If there is a fit, 15–20 minutes on a call, or come and see the space if you are in Singapore.

We agree the shape of it

What each side does, what each side gets, dates, and how we both talk about it publicly.

We review proposals on mutual value, suitability, timing and whether there is something meaningful to build. Sending the form does not commit either side — if we see a fit, we will be in touch to talk about the next step.

Vogue Wellness × Life At Snow

Our instructors closed out Vogue Wellness Day in June with two hours of Latin social dancing at METT Singapore — their event, their audience, our floor and our teachers.

Hosting an event in our venue?

If what you want is to run a private event in the studio — a concert, a showcase, a workshop — that is the Creative Partner Program: one partner a month, on a revenue split instead of rental.

Creative Partner Program

Before you write

The questions we get asked.

Is this the same as the Creative Partner Program?

No. The Creative Partner Program is for hosting a private event in our venue — one partner a month, on a revenue split instead of rental. That lives on the Collaborations page. This form is broader: content, brands, cross-border projects, community exchanges, anything that does not start with "we need your room on a Saturday". If you are unsure, send it here and we will point you the right way.

We are not based in Singapore. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Some of the most interesting proposals come from outside — a company running trips here, a studio wanting a partner in this region, a brand testing whether a Singapore audience responds. Tell us where you are and how you would want to work across the distance.

Does it cost anything?

A collaboration is not a venue rental, so there is no price list attached to this form. What each side puts in is what we agree between us. If what you actually need is the room for a few hours, studio rental is simpler and cheaper — the rates are published.

Our idea is still rough. Should we wait?

No. Send it rough. We would rather talk early than read a polished deck about something that was never going to fit. There is a box for "still figuring it out" and it is a perfectly good answer.

What happens after we submit?

We read every proposal. If we see a fit, we come back to arrange a call or a visit. Admin is off Monday and Thursday, so allow up to 48 hours. Submitting the form does not commit either side to anything.

Can we bring our own instructors or performers?

Yes, and we like it when partners do. Say so in the form — who they are and what they would run — and we will work out how it fits alongside our own teachers.

Thanks for reading this far

Send us the idea.

We build partnerships the same way we build classes — start honest, start small, see what it becomes.
