Event planning, answered.
How early should I book?
As early as you can — popular dates and weekends go fast. For weddings, give us a few weeks of lessons before the day; for venue hire, a couple of weeks’ notice is ideal.
Can I view the venue first?
Yes — we recommend a studio tour before booking. Visits are by appointment.
How do I confirm a booking?
Once we agree the details, full payment secures the date. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can beginners learn a wedding dance?
Absolutely — most of our couples have never danced before. We match the choreography to your music, story and comfort level.
How many wedding-dance lessons do I need?
It depends on the routine and your comfort, but most couples are confident within a handful of sessions plus a dress rehearsal.
Can I bring outside food or my own vendors?
Often yes, with prior arrangement — tell us your plans and we’ll confirm what works, including any setup or cleaning needs.
Is a projector, piano or sound available?
Yes — projector, the Yamaha grand, theatre sound, mics and lighting can be added to your booking. Just ask.
Can you issue invoices for corporate events?
Yes — we support companies with invoicing, custom workshops, larger groups and facilitators.
Can children attend private events?
Yes — many of our celebrations are family events. Let us know your group so we set the room up right.
Can you recommend photographers or décor?
Yes — we work with trusted photo, video and décor partners, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
