What do you collect?
Only what you type into a form. Usually your name, email and WhatsApp number, plus whatever that particular form asks — a date, a headcount, a budget, or links you paste yourself.
Privacy & your data
You fill in a form on this site and it turns into an email. That is genuinely most of the story — but you should be able to check, so here is the whole thing, including the parts run by Google.

The short version
Only what you type into a form. Usually your name, email and WhatsApp number, plus whatever that particular form asks — a date, a headcount, a budget, or links you paste yourself.
Straight into an email to the studio, and a copy to you. We have no customer database and no CRM. Nothing is sold, rented or shared for marketing. Google Analytics is told that a form was sent — never your name, your number, or a word of what was in it.
For as long as the email sits in our inbox. Ask us to delete it and we will, then confirm when it is done.
Email Life@snowdancestudio.sg or WhatsApp +65 8854 1477. A real person reads both — allow up to 48 hours, and note our admin off-days are Monday and Thursday.
The long version
Life At Snow is a trade name of Waterfall Imports Pte Ltd, UEN 200815143E, a company registered in Singapore. We operate the studio at 1 Coleman Street, The Adelphi #02-47, Singapore 179803. The UEN is searchable on ACRA’s register if you want to confirm who you are dealing with before you send us anything.
We collect personal data in one way only: you type it into a form on this site and press send. We do not buy lists, and nothing you have not typed becomes personal data to us. There are two Google tags on the site, for analytics and for advertising — both are described in full below, and neither ever receives your name, your email or your phone number.
Across the site there are sixteen forms — class trials, studio bookings, event enquiries, the shop order form, careers applications, collaboration proposals, community sign-ups and the invite-only membership application. They ask for different things, but between them the fields are: your name, your email, a phone or WhatsApp number, and sometimes a WeChat, Telegram or Instagram handle so we can reach you where you actually read messages.
Depending on the form, we may also ask for the date and time you want, how many people are coming, your budget, your age group, what you have danced or played before, and links you choose to paste — a CV, a showreel, a portfolio, your socials. We ask for links rather than uploads on purpose: a link shows us a live profile and never lands a copy of your file in our inbox.
One form takes a file. If you pay by PayNow through the studio booking journey, you can attach a screenshot of the transfer so we can match the payment to your booking. Your browser shrinks that image before it is sent, and it is attached to the studio’s copy of the email only — never to yours, and never published anywhere.
Every form on this site posts to a single function on our server, which turns it into two emails: one to the studio, and a confirmation to the address you gave. That is the whole journey. There is no customer database, no CRM and no marketing platform behind this site. If our email provider is unreachable, the form falls back to opening WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, so you can send it yourself — in that case nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
The emails are delivered by Resend, an email service provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. Your enquiry then sits in the studio’s mailbox like any other email. Only the people who run the studio read it.
We reply to you, and we do the thing you asked for — hold a slot, quote a room, arrange a trial class, review an application. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing. We will only hand data to a third party where the law requires it.
If you ask about an event or a collaboration, we may keep your message on file while the plan is live, because plans here move slowly and people come back months later. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it.
For as long as it is useful to the thing you asked about, and for as long as we are required to keep records of a transaction. In practice that means your enquiry stays in the mailbox. Ask us to delete it and we will remove it and tell you when it is gone.
Five things on this site are Google’s, and they are worth naming because they can see things we cannot.
Google Analytics. We measure how the site is used: which pages get read, which get skipped, roughly where visitors came from and what kind of device they are on. It is how we find out that, say, nobody ever reaches the rates page — which is a problem with our page, not with you. It sets cookies to tell a returning visitor from a new one, and it records two things you do here: when a form is sent successfully, and when you tap a WhatsApp link.
What Analytics is not given: your name, your email, your phone number, or the contents of any message. When you tap a WhatsApp button we record that it was tapped, from which page, and which of our two numbers — and we deliberately strip the pre-filled message first, because on a booking page that message contains your dates, your headcount and your budget. That belongs in the studio’s WhatsApp, not in an analytics report.
Google Ads. We advertise on Google, so every page carries Google’s advertising tag. Its job is to tell us which ads are worth paying for: it records that someone arrived from one of our ads, and whether that visit ended in an enquiry. It sets cookies in your browser, and Google may use it to show you our ads again elsewhere on the web.
Not every form counts as an advertising conversion, on purpose. Job applications, volunteer sign-ups, community RSVPs, partnership proposals and membership applications are never reported to Google Ads at all — we are not buying those, so there is no reason to tell an ad platform about them.
What it does not get is you. When you send a form, three things are reported to Google: that a form was sent, which of our forms it was, and a rough Singapore-dollar figure for what that kind of booking is worth — taken from our own published price list, so it is the same number you can read on the rates page. Never your name, your email, your phone number, or a single word of what you typed. We cannot look up an individual visitor in Google Ads, and we do not try to. If you would rather not see personalised ads from anyone, Google’s own ad settings let you turn them off, and your browser’s cookie controls work here like they do anywhere else.
reCAPTCHA. Every form is protected by reCAPTCHA v3. It is invisible — there is no checkbox and no traffic lights to click — and it scores how likely it is that you are a person. To do that, Google looks at signals from your browser. The script only loads once you start filling in a form, not on page load. Google’s use of that data is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. We see only the score, never the underlying signals.
Google Translate. The language switch in the header
uses Google’s website translation widget. Using it stores a small
cookie named googtrans in your browser to remember the
language you picked. Switching back to English clears it.
YouTube. Studio videos are embedded from our YouTube channel. A YouTube embed can set its own cookies once it loads. On the space pages, videos load as a still image first and only become a real YouTube player when you press play.
Beyond the two Google tags above, there is nothing else measuring you here. No Meta or TikTok pixel, no heatmaps, no session recording, no chat widget logging what you type, no third-party advertising network beyond Google. We do not know who you are, and nothing we have collected could tell us. If that changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will move.
We do not store anything about you in your browser except one thing: if you close a pop-up, we remember that for the rest of your visit so it does not reappear. It is forgotten when you close the tab.
And one specific promise, because the page invites the question: the login screen on our HUSH page is decorative. It is part of the design of a private page and it rejects everyone. Nothing typed into it is sent anywhere, saved anywhere or logged anywhere — there is no server behind it at all. Please still never type a password you use elsewhere into a box on any website, including ours.
We run classes and parties for children, and the forms for those are meant to be filled in by a parent or guardian, who is the person we correspond with. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a child. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to us holding it. To do any of that, email Life@snowdancestudio.sg or WhatsApp +65 8854 1477. The same address reaches the person responsible for data here.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply, and note that our admin off-days are Monday and Thursday. If you withdraw consent while a booking is live, we may not be able to complete the booking — we will tell you before anything is cancelled.
If we add a tool that collects something new, we will update this page and move the date at the top. We will not quietly start collecting something and leave this page describing the old version of the site.
Still not sure?
If you would rather check what happens to a particular answer before you fill in a form, message us first. We would rather explain it than have you guess.
