Join a K-pop dance class at City Hall and film your cover
Every Saturday at 7:30pm, Yullia breaks down a real K-pop routine so you can keep up, and the last 15 minutes are for filming it. It’s open level, and most people walk in knowing nobody. Your first class is $25, $45 if you bring a friend, and $18 if you’re at university.

Want a finished video? The Dance Cover project is four weeks on one song, Fridays at 7:30pm, from $200. You pick the artist, and the last session is the shoot.

Your first class
Most people come on their own, to a small class of 3 to 8. Here’s how the evening goes.

Before
Watch the song in the group chat
Once your spot is confirmed, we add you to the class group chat. The week’s song and a video preview go up there, so you can watch it before you come.

Find us at The Adelphi
Level 2, a minute from City Hall MRT Exit B. The class is in the Party Studio. Come in comfortable clothes you can move in; there’s a changing area.

Learn the routine
Yullia teaches a real routine from the song, broken down so you can keep up, in front of the mirror wall. It’s open level: nobody expects you to know it already.

Last 15 minutes
Film it, then tea
The class films the routine together, then there’s time to chat over tea. The studio may post class videos, so if you’d rather not be featured, stay out of the group shots.

Keep going, or make a video
Carry on with 4 classes for $108 or 12 for $288, or join the Dance Cover project for a finished video of a song you pick.

The Dance Cover project
Four weeks, one song, one finished video
Join a cover we’re casting, or pick your own artist, and Yullia builds the piece with you over four Fridays: six hours of guided rehearsal, then an hour to film it. You leave with a cover for your own socials, it may be featured on ours, and you’ll have met the dancers you made it with.

Prices for one person; two of you and students are under “What it costs”. Fridays, 7:30–9:30pm; depending on when you sign up, we may suggest another slot. Book 2 to 4 weeks ahead.

The trial is your first class with us. After it, 4 classes are $108 and 12 are $288. The Dance Cover project is 4 weeks of training, filming and hanging out. Private lessons are per hour, and a new student’s first hour is $120.

Open 24 hours, by appointment only.
Parking is in The Adelphi basement, entrance on North Bridge Road. Drop-off is on Coleman Street.
Before you book
Can complete beginners join?
Yes. Every Open Level programme welcomes complete beginners. Start with a trial and we’ll point you to the right class.
Who joins the class?
All ages. The adult class is for women, and kids and teens are welcome. It’s a small class, usually 3 to 8 people.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. There’s a changing area at the studio.
Can I see a class first?
Watch the class videos on this page. For a recent one, message us on WhatsApp: some classes have a preview to share, some don’t.
How much is the trial?
$25 on your own, $45 for two of you, and $18 for university students (bring your student card). It’s for your first class with us.
Which songs do you teach?
It changes from week to week. Join the group chat for the week’s songs and video previews, or request one you want to learn. If the schedule doesn’t name a song, the teacher picks it.
Is the class filmed?
Yes, the last 15 minutes. The studio owns class photos and videos and may post them, so if you’d rather not be featured, stay out of the group photos and videos.
What’s the Dance Cover project?
Four weeks on one song with Yullia, Fridays at 7:30pm: six hours of training and an hour of filming, and you leave with a finished video. We’re casting IVE’s “Bang Bang” (6 dancers), BLACKPINK’s “Pretty Savage” (4 dancers), TWICE’s “One Spark” (9 dancers) and IVE’s “Super Icy” (a solo) now, and you can pick one in the form. Or pick the artist yourself: tell us who you like (or that you’re flexible) and share 2 or 3 links to covers you’d like to do. Option A is for dancers who have done few or no dance covers in the past 3 months: $350 on your own, $600 for two, $250 for university students. Option B is for experienced dancers who regularly take part in dance cover projects, at least once every 1–3 months, and are comfortable with self-practice: $200 on your own, $360 for two, $200 for university students. Book it 2 to 4 weeks ahead.
Can’t make Saturdays?
Class on Demand runs on Sundays too, and K-pop is one of the styles you can pick. It opens once enough people sign up. Or book a private lesson at a time that suits you.
Can I get a refund if I can’t make it?
No. Class payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, so we confirm the date with you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Can I walk in?
No. We’re open 24 hours, but every visit is by appointment, so please have a confirmed booking before you head down.
How fast do you reply?
We reply within 48 hours, and Monday and Thursday are our admin off-days. If your date is close, send the form and then tap WhatsApp as well.
