What it costs
How much does it cost to rent a jamming studio in Singapore?
The Music Studio at Life At Snow is $100/hr on weekdays before 6pm and $150/hr on evenings, weekends and public holidays, with $50/hr for your first booking. It’s a 16 × 30 ft room with natural daylight and a JBL speaker at The Adelphi, by City Hall MRT, and it’s fully private once the front entrance is locked. The Yamaha GB1K grand is an add-on at +$30/hr; mics, theatre sound and a projector are on request.

Trial is your first booking only. Member is invite-only. Off-peak is Monday to Friday, 6am–6pm; peak is evenings, weekends and public holidays. Extensions run in 30-minute blocks.
Bringing a band?
Bring your own instruments. The room has a music system and one speaker that takes a microphone, a guitar or a keyboard, and we have microphones, but there’s no drum kit and no amps. Tell us your line-up when you book and we’ll confirm what the room can take before you pay anything.
Rehearsing a choir or vocal group?
Groups can pay per head instead, grand piano included: from $8/pax/hr for 20 or more, or $12/pax/hr for a smaller group of 5 to 20, 2 hours minimum. See singing and choir rates.

Jamming studio questions.
Where is the studio located?
We are at 1 Coleman Street, The Adelphi Mall #02-47, Singapore 179803 (nearest MRT: City Hall). Find us on Level 2, right next to the Kuchen Shop.
What are your operating hours? Can I walk in?
We are open 24/7 for your convenience — but all visits are strictly by appointment only. Please have a confirmed booking before you head down.
Will someone be there when we arrive?
It depends on the time. Someone from the team meets you at the door, or we send you the door code before you come. From November, someone will be there to receive every booking.
What are your booking rates?
Four tiers. Trial ($50/hr) is for first-time bookings only — check our socials for how to keep enjoying it. Member ($75/hr) is invite-only, for regulars who are happy to be featured on our socials. Off-Peak ($100/hr) is Mon–Fri 6am–6pm. Peak ($150/hr) is Mon–Fri 6pm–6am, plus Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (full-day).
Is the grand piano included?
It’s an add-on, +$30/hr on top of the room rate — just add it when you book. It’s a Yamaha GB1K grand with an adjustable bench.
What instruments are in the room?
The room has a music system and one speaker you can plug a microphone, a guitar or a keyboard into, and we have microphones. Bring your own guitar, keyboard and any other instrument: there’s no drum kit and no amps. The Yamaha GB1K grand is an add-on, +$30/hr.
Is it a recording studio?
No. You can record here, on your phone or with your own gear, but it’s a rehearsal room with a Yamaha grand piano, not a professional recording studio, so there’s no sound engineer or booth. Microphones and theatre sound are available as add-ons.
Is the Music Studio fully private?
Yes — once the Party Studio entrance is locked, no one enters or leaves mid-session.
Is it soundproofed? Can we play late?
Yes, it’s soundproofed, and there’s no noise limit at night. We’re open 24 hours, by booking.
Who usually books it?
Piano teachers and their students, most of all. Singers, bands and string groups book it too, and anyone who needs a quiet room to rehearse.
Can I eat or drink inside the studio?
Light refreshments are welcome — help us keep the room clean, clear any trash before your session ends, and let us know in advance.
How do booking extensions work?
Extensions are available in 30-minute blocks only (no per-minute extensions), if the room is free.
